For four summers, I’ve been photographing and making cyanotypes with the flowers from my garden in Canyon Meadows, I spend time here caring and remembering. This series is a souvenir of my conversations and moments of connection and meditation in nature.
pring and summer in the garden feel like a bustling Bolivian market—full of traders swapping resources and favours. Bees dance around, in and out of the lavender, birds feed on seeds and worms after the rain, and in the late evenings, if we’re lucky, we can see deer munching on the crab apples. The cats around my legs or hunting bugs on the grass.
Printed locally in Calgary on premium organic cotton paper with a soft, satin finish. Available in 4x6, 8x10, and 20x30.
